LayerUp Kids is a small operation, so email reaches us directly. We read everything and reply as soon as we reasonably can.
What to email us about
Anything, really — help using the app, a problem with a purchase or restoring the lifetime unlock, a privacy question or request, guidance that looks wrong, or an idea for something that would make your mornings easier.
If it is about a purchase, mentioning which app store you bought through helps. If it is about guidance that seemed off, telling us your child's age group and roughly what the weather was doing helps us look into it.
Privacy questions and complaints
Privacy requests and complaints go to the same address. We will review privacy complaints and respond within a reasonable period — see the Privacy Policy for the full process, including what to do if you are not satisfied with our response.
A note on response times
There is no contact form on this site, and no support chat inside the app — email is the one channel, which means nothing gets lost in a queue somewhere. Please allow a little time for a reply.
